To me, twitter today feels like the month after trump was elected. There's no hope anymore to use the site safely if you're a progressive activist. (as proven by some of the recent perma-bans against activist who chuds just @ daddy to) The massive exodus of employees that already know they're not regressive enough for the new regime also tells me that reporting isn't useful anymore as there's no team left or anyone left who can tell what homophobic and transphobic content is.
The only use for twitter now is for my lewd accounts, but even that is on thin ice. Those accounts have never been safe, but reactionaries are never known for stopping once they get rid of one type of people. :(
In Spanish we pronounce meme like "meh-meh" not "meem," so Copa de Meme does sound a lot better than Meme Cup!
